James A. De Sario is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine and attended law school at the University of West Lost Angeles after completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He was admitted to the California bar on March 11, 2009 and began his career in the employment and wage and hour law arena shortly after.
Mr. De Sario says that it brings him great pleasure advocating on behalf of the American workers because he comes from a working class background. He has successfully handled many cases in the field of employment law, wage and hour claims, and personal injury. Mr. De Sario is committed to bringing justice and compensation to those who have been wronged by an employer, third party, or are being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
